A certain amount of lean red meat is good for us. We are designed to eat a mixed diet. It contains protein and can also help with our iron levels too. After giving birth when my iron levels were low I was actually recommended to eat a lot of rare staek...so it is not necessaarily bad for you.
However, it does contain fats, animal fats can help to clog your arteries and raise your colesterol. That is the concern, so you shouldnt eat fatty meats, keep it lean, and not every day then you will be fine.
Also eat from a reputable supplier. You can get all kinds of problems if the meat is not healthy. Also well hung meat is delicious but off meat will make you ill! So dont keep red meats too long! I know you csn age a steak for three weeks and it is still safe.
Store in the fridge and always keep raw meat below cooked meats to avid cross contamination of dripping meat jusices to already cooked foods...
Eat in moderation and take care with hygeine and you will be fine!
hope that helps!

red meat is not really dangerous to our body. Just like everything else, it becomes dangerous if taken excessively.

Beebs are you vegetarien by any chance?

Every human has canine teeth. anyways...

Yes too much meat can be bad for you. as body takes longer to digest meat. and if you eat meat everyday your not allowing it a day to digest it, you instead keep loading it which is not good for the body.
but you do need it at least 3x week

It has fat, but it is also a good source of protein. So be wise when eating red meat. Don't eat it every day, choose lean cuts, and keep it out of the deep fryer.

Only in excess. It is recommended to have 20% meat and 80% fruits and vegetables in our diet.

many reasons-first, the protein is similar to our own, and confuses the digestive system. Its also full of blood, pus, urine, feces, growth hormones, steroids, antibiotics, cholesterol, purines, adrenaline, parasites, bacteria, and loads of other unhealthy stuff. Its very hard for the body to digest, and causes clogged arteries and other health issues. Other meats are no better. Meat is not good for humans. Despite the myth that we have canine teeth, we do not-we have two tiny incisor teeth, but the rest are flat like all other vegetarian creatures. If you look at a dog or cats teeth, you will see that they are all canine teeth.
