she works at walmart and i went there to shop,not knowing her hours, she saw me and called the cops, they say just not to go to that store again, FINE. i live in a trailer park, and she has "friends", who live here. i feel like she just comes around to cause hate and discontent. if i cannot go to the store where she works, can she come in the trailer park where i live? her "friends" should have to go see her.

Don't tit for tat with her because that shows pure ignorance on her part that she would call the cops knowing that she has to come where u live to visit her friends. Don't let her get the best of u show her that u are better than she is and when u want to shop at walmart find another if possible.

Your ex sounds like she's just causing problems and if you're there to shop and go about your buisness then she's got no reason to be calling the police. If her friends knew what was good for them they would stay out of things and let your ex mess up. If you didnt know her hours what is the huge deal with her wasting the police's time. This is where she'll mess up with the next guy because she's got a reputation for causing trouble.

I would talk to your attorney on that one. A restraining order depending on what's listed there should list where you can go and how are to stay away etc....OR if you don't want to go that route, is she does come around your place, call the police. No one plays fair when it comes to restraining order, you know? Sometimes you have to fight dirty. It's a shame, I'd still call your attorney and let them know what the deal is.

You could call cops on her if you want.
But what I think is that both of you should cut down on on your vengeance. Move on and try to enjoy life. Life is short. Enjoy what is left, in a positive way.

YEP, and make note of the dates and times she was there then call the police and make sure they write a report get something to take to court.
