Obama because Hillary wouldn't need a warning. She's such a self-serving, politically-expedient, idealogically detached, government tool that she always knows which way the wind is blowing.

Both. All you'd have to do is get them in a debate and the resulting wind force of their combined hot air aimed at an approaching tornado would destroy it.
