I have two chem problems that i cant solve help please

My base is Al(ClO3)3 aluminum chlorate

I have to solve the following freezing point depression and boiling point elevation probelm.

1. Using an oppropriate solvent (and the correct freezing point depression constant for the solvent), determine how many grams of solute are required to lower the freezing point of 2.00kg of the solvent by 5.00 degrees Celcius. (remeber that for ionic solutes you must multipy the effect by the number of ions that dissociate in solution).

2. Using an appropriate solvent (and the correct boiling point elevation constant for that solvent), determin how many grams of solute are required to raise the boiling point of 2.00kg of the solvent by 5.00 degrees Celcius. (remeber that for ionic solutes you must multiply the effect by the number of ions that dissociate in solution).

PLEASE HELP ME!!
