she had one litter of puppies,and now just sits on the couch and holds a toy and attacks other dogs when they walk by.

It might be because she isn't fixed. You should get her fixed and that should definitely help. You might want to contact a good trainer to see if there is anyway they can help. She might be protective of you, because you are her owner. But getting her fixed will help, and it will help with pet overpopulation!

how long ago did she have pups she may be missing them if they are all gone but ether way having her fixed should help a lot and if she hasn't been trained or it's been a long time since and you haven't kept it up take her to obedient classes
