Prevention of pregnancy?

wanted to know if after your partner ejaculated in you and you go to the bathroom to wash up could that prevent pregnancy.

Not by douching like washing with your hands. (sorry for being so specific)

Prevent? No. It might very slightly reduce the chances, but it will not PREVENT pregnancy. (Not even douching would do that.)
