What do you mean by worst lifestyle, like the way they live? Like is it because of the way they are treated they have to live like that. Well as far as groups of people regardless of race I have to say people who are homeless, on permanent disability, and/or people who are on welfare and not by choice. Yes, all three groups do get benefits such as shelters, no taxes, etc but it's the prejudice behind the idea that is unsettling and puts a stigma on these people. There's a number of reasons why people can be homeless: loss of job, runaway teen (some cases homelife was just too hellish to not live on the street), evictions, etc. The bad thing about homelessness is over time these people get desperate and less privileges and really they can't afford to get a job, they have find a place to take a bath (which most people aren't willing to help, not all shelters have that), they need to buy a new suit or work clothes. They can't just walk into an office, or public place smelling awful they would surely be turned down.
Disabled people have it worse and really it's a double edged sword, there whole life school, home, and social connections were rough because of the way they were born. It gets worst as they grow and become adult, if they were lucky to finish school with a diploma or GED, they struggle to find work because of the prejudice against them. If they get work they are mistreated and taken advantage of by coworkers and sometimes bosses and because no one feels (or very few people feel) that they can actually do well at even the crappiest job or excel at a better job society decides they have to live on disability. And they are mistreated and kicked to the curb for resorting to that. Even if the disabled person is able to go off and get a college or post secondary degree or certificate/license than the prejudice from the workfore still holds.
As for people who had to resort to the "normal people" welfare in hardship, it's stigmatized because of the handful of people who take advantage of it. I think the working man/woman hates that these people don't have to do taxes, and get "freebies". But you have to realize these freebies are given out of pity and not out of good heartedness.
There's a lot of poor people who won't take from charity or feel ashamed to do so, because even the "egalitarian America" there's a huge stigma against the poor. And as the celebutante/rich girl trend grows, it becomes more evident.

I have seen both of the races you mentioned live in dire conditions in America by not getting their children much needed medical attention, not showering, not strapping the children in car seats, etc. But as others put it, there are also white people in the south w/ pretty bad lifestyles and the homeless which could encompass all races.
I don't know what the person who answered ahead of me is talking about?..I'm not worried about money or water in a well???..Where do some of these people come from that answer?

I think that is a question that can't be answered,at least in my opinion. Just because someone is of a different race and lives differently doesn't mean that I have the right to say it is a bad lifestyle.Everyone is different.

The poor. They eat bad, they are undereducated, over producers of babies, and are sickly.
Race has nothing to do with it. I doubt homeless whites are living better than homeless blacks.
Thats Americas problem...we focus on race like morons w/out realizing they are AMERICANS.

Race does not come into it. The first answer neatly summed it up... the homeless.
