No you can't drive and talk on a cell phone. Yes you do need a special license to drive a motorcycle. You can turn on red, unless there is a sign posted.

You need a headset to talk on a cell phone in a car in Chicago (although people ignore this law CONSTANTLY and I've NEVER seen or heard of anyone getting a ticket for this, unless they're involved in an accident). You can make a right on red only at certain intersections that DON'T have the "No Right on Red" signs (duh). And other intersections let you make a right on red, but not from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. You have to check the signs. And yes, you need a separate license to operate a motorcycle.

You can talk on a cell phone, as long as you use a headset, you can make a right on red in some places but not others, and you do need a separate license for a motorcycle.

It will cost you a ticket to talk directly into the cell phone in Chgo...bluetooth or earpiece ...ok. Most suburbs have no restrictions.

Rt turns are ok unless a sign in the intersection prohibits it.

Motorcyclists throughout IL are required to have an IL motorcycle license. Out-of-staters must have whatever their state requires.

To turn right on a red anywhere its permitted you must come to a full stop, not just a brief pause,,
