I am a red head and I want to dye my hair blonde because I havn't yet. I've done every other color besides blonde. I want to know if red heads typically look good with blonde hair, or it makes them look ghostly pale?
Please let me know. I'm concidering getting it done soon. Also, if you have any examples of reds that went blonde and look great, could you tell me who? =] Thanks.

It can be done. Lindsay Lohan and Lauren Holly are two famous people who have gone back and forth between red and blonde. If you feel blonde hair will wash out your complexion, consider getting some color with a tan or powder bronzer. You could also try a dark blonde or just blonde highlights too.

I have dark red-blonde hair, and when I dye it blonde it looks great. Just don't go too light, or it competes with your skin color. Or go with a chocolate brown, not too dark, but don't want it to look mousy either...

If i were you, i would only go blonde if you dont have a light skin tone. You wanna make sure you are not pale pale. Red and olive tones look best with blondes.

If you can pull off alot of colors the chances are you can pull off blonde just be careful not to get a brazzy or really yellow blonde they dont look good on anyone.

blond looks good on red heads, just make sure you go for a warm golden blond and not a platinum blond

Personally, I think the color blonde she chose looks fake. But I think if you want to try it you should GO FOR IT!!!! But just don't go with platnium blonde. Go with a honey or dirty blonde hair color. Like this:
