Because after it rains mother earth doesn't give us a drying cycle. Well.. I guess the sun coming out..
Well fudge.. now I'm thinking, okay it rains, they soak.. then the sun comes out heating them back up..
Well.. does sheep's wool even shrink? I don't think it does..

Because they are like every other living animal. Animals don't shrink in the rain.
