My site has the usual boring stuff: who we are, what we do, contact us, we're your best option, etc. How can our web site be truly successful? How can our potential customers buy us?

Naked women? LOL. It's tough to answer this question because you don't specify what business you're in. I'd say perhaps you need to focus on getting the word out about your business and having the internet as a place they can find more information about it. Local newspaper advertising perhaps? I dunno. more information would help...sorry!

Perhaps you could take some patterns from other pages to redesign your site, but avoiding overcharge the site with many elements. But we don't know a thing, ¿what type of services do you offer?, you can review some others of the same area to have an idea, and paying attention on the better features, after develop another new project for your.
