I'm a 45 year old man. When I was younger, my hair was red mixed with medium ash blonde, and my beard was solid red. As I've gotten older my hair is medium ash blonde mixed with grey and my beard is solid grey. My wife while she was among the living (she died in June :) ) was going to dye my hair back to red again and bought the hair color. She bought a box of Copper Dark Blonde color which is quite red. I'm not sure if I should color my hair at all, color it red, color it to be an ash-blonde color or whatever. The red seems a little much, but it looked fine when I was 20. But I'm not 20 anymore. Thought other people might know more than me. As you know a man can't dress a woman, and a man can't dress a man, but a woman can dress a woman and a woman can dress a man. (not always the case, but most of the time..) I don't know why my hair changed colors. It makes no sense to me. My brother's hair is still red. My other brother's hair got dark instead. No idea why.
thanks

I was just kidding with dressing up joke - no offense meant.. It's hard to express that you're joking via email.

thought I would clarify some things I forgot. my beard is now nearly all white with some stray red. My eyebrows are a mix of medium dark blonde (like my hair) , gray (pretty much white) and red are more like strays but are strong and thick. The idea of talking to a salon is a good idea and I may do that. I don't know what might look good and what wouldn't. The blonde hair pretty much masks a lot of the gray it is kind of an ash color so it doesn't look that much different unless you look closer.
I really am thankful for your help and ideas thanks
