i go to Jcpennys hair salon all the time, so how much would u think it would cost to get my hair all honey/light brown color and then blonde highlights?? (and i already have color in my hair)???

Alright well i work at jcpenneys and i use to get my hair done there all the time! But It starts out at 50 dollars. Than there is a 10 dollar charge for length. And 10 dollars for extra solution!

With tip, it costs me $120 to get highlights like you just mentioned. But a salon like JC Penney's may charge less.
