If you really love her, then help her. Talk to her but don't yell and complain. Is she overwhelmed with something? Tell her you are going to pick a night or day to clean together and be FIRM about it, if the place is a mess. If she's lazy in the bedroom, put on something sexy for her and get her in bed or get into the shower with her while she's in there... If she's treating you good, then don't let a little laziness be the big downfall. Idiots break up all over the place if they can't have it their way. Life isn't Burger King, so appreciate what you've got if she's good to you. You won't always find it better if you move on.

It depends on where/what aspects she is lazy. If she's lazy in the bedroom, then you can try to find out what she likes, and I'm sure she'll join in. ;)
If she's lazy when it comes to housework, maybe make it fun. My girlfriend and I have a great time when we're cleaning together. It's kind of nice to be all sweaty and gross after scrubbing the floors and vacuuming the carpet. Then we get the pleasure of showering together and then ... well, you know the rest!
I really think that most people who appear "lazy" are just disengaged somehow with the task(s) at hand. It's always best to try to think of a way to get them interested/excited about it.
If she stays lazy, kick her to the curb!

I hate lazy people!!! I go to school full time. I work part time. I raise my child full time and keep my house clean!!! I have no time to be lazy. Tell her to get up and better herself some how!!! Tell her that you will not put up with her laziness anymore!! I don't know how you are standing that honey!!!
