Blood comprises of erythrocytes (Red blood cells), Leukocytes (white blood cells), Thrombocytes (blood platelets) & Blood Plasma(Matrix or medium). Of these the RBCs are most important.

These cells are made in our body inside the bones.
Stem Cells in the bone marrow(inside the bones) are responsible for making these cells.
