Muhammed Ali took way too many shots to the head and, especially in the last part of his career and that's most likely why he ended up with parkinsons. It's true that it can happen to anyone (Michael J ox) but if you take many punches to the head then it's a big risk for Parkinsons's Disease, punch drunk and many other things. Some fighters are just too tough for their own good and takes a lot of punishment to the head during a very long time. Just ask trainer Freddie Roach. The reason why he's got Parkinson's (before he was even 40) according to himself has to do with that he took a lot of punishment.

Boxing is a beautiful but also a very dangerous sport, but I don't believe in any kind of "limit on the amount of professional fights". You make a choice what you wanna do with your life and all the boxers out there know about what can happen, they know about the risks.

You obviously don't know much about what you are talking about. The reason Muhammad Ali is the way he is now is that he has Parkinson's Disease, and before you say it's from the boxing, Michael J. Fox has the same disease and he hasn't boxed a day in his life (unless you count hockey).
There has never been conclusive proof that his Parkinson's has anything to do with the shots to the head and Ali himself says it had nothing to do with it. I don't remember Evander Holyfield ever being very well-spoken.

It is true that you can get punch drunk, but the same can be said about many professions in similar ways. You can't limit a sport based on some average, effectively ending someones career just because someone else was adversely affected by similar activities. Everyone is different. I'd be more inclined to agree with you if they counted the number of blows to the head a boxer takes and with what force those blows were delivered, but that isn't going to happen either.

One thing that would probably solve a lot of problems is if they got rid of boxing gloves. Back when boxers fought bare handed, there were no fatalities and no punch drunk syndrome. The reason? You can't punch the human head with the bare hand very often. You'd break your hand. As a result, fights were more about body shots which were more easily recovered from. Putting a pad over the hand has simply allowed people to hit the head more often and with more force without worry of breaking one's hand.

The number of fights is not related to any permanent head damage. People may or may not receive damage in a fight. There is no regulation on sparing in the gym. I think there is more potential to injury sparing than in a regulated fight. I believe people, not just boxers, tend to hang around after their prime. If someone is fighting or sparing after their skills are gone, and they are subject to injury then the promoter, gym manager, or the fighter's manager needs to control their actions. The government could not handle this.

You really can't set a number to the fights. It happens because of the amount and severity of head shots over time. If you get hit hard enough to be knocked out then some wires are going to be fried. whether it is once of many times

There is a limit on the amount fo professional fights a boxer can have, it differs from fighter to fighter, but believe me, there is a limit.
