my friends are into thugs and i would really like her to know what state to go to when she turns 18

I disagree with California as being the place where the most thugs are. True, there are certainly some pretty "thuggish" areas, particularly in parts of L.A., but by and large, California is a pretty great state. If it wasn't so, then so many people would not keep wanting to move here. I would say that any state with a high concentration of cities with high crime would be a place where you are going to find more thugs, yet when one gets out of the city, the likelihood of being around thugs dimishes greatly.

Well Honey, tell your friend. She shouldn't be trying to find a state with thugs in it. She should be finding a state college to attend to, so she can get an education and then find a MAN not a THUG.

Why on earth would your friends be into thugs? that doesn't seem like a good thing to be into. In fact I am sure that it isn't. Your friend should probably join a convent and become a nun. It would be better for her than hanging around scumbags and lowlifes.
