Vitamin B12 deficiency. You need to eat more foods rich in this vitamin. ie: yeast, liver, eggs, milk, cheese and fish, kidney and pork.
Most likely you've been under added stress lately. When we are in stress situations, our bodies use more of this vitamin. The B group of vitamins are a water soluble group and therefore need to be replaced on a daily basis. Our bodies cannot store them or producethem. We need to either supplement our diets with a multi B complex supplement or eat more foods rich in the B vitamins.
Because the B group of vitamins work best synergistically (as a group) I would recommend that you buy yourself a multi B complex supplement from the chemist. Avoid synthetic vitamins as they are very hard to digest (they're the real cheap and nasty ones). Expect to pay about $26.00 for a bottle of 2 months worth of tablets.
Other symptoms you may have are irritability, dizziness, depression, headaches, migraines, head and hand sweats, inability to concentrate, moodiness, impaired balance , fatigue and exhaustion.
If you choose to use my excellent advice you'll be very pleased you did as you will get release from your symptoms with a day or so. In actual fact, you should feel some degree of almost immediate improvement.
***EDIT****
If you also have an ulcerated, burning tongue, sore mouth and lips, cracked and splitting skin around your fingernails or a grainy and sandy feeling under your eyelids you also have a vitamin B2 deficiency. This vitamin will be included in the multi B complex vitamin that you buy yourself.
The "things" growing on your butt and upper thighs are pimples........... :0)

How upper? If its in the genital area, you may want to go get checked for STDS. Otherwise.. well, if you shave, it could be razor burn or ingrown hairs. Have you been sweating alot recently, or wearing shorts that let your legs rub together? Both can cause irritation. Put some lotion or neosporin on them, give it a good scrubbing in the shower to remove dead cells so they can heal, and you'll be okay

These could be from a number of things. Do you wear tight pants? Do the bumps itch? Have you had unprotected sex recently? While nobody here can diagnose you, it would be easier to offer suggestions if there was more information about the situation.

If you have tried standard washes, and they are still there, try anti-fungal ointment like Lotrimin or generic clotrimazole. If that takes them away, but they come back, check out the yeast link at www.hufa.org for more info on what they could possibly be.

Things? Are they red, brown, inflamed? Are they spider eggs laid inside your skin? You have no description of it other than "things".
