I recently bought a 2000 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor at an Auction in Miami and It was missing the rear back seat the part where you seat and the part you rest your back on was removed and replace with a pro guard plastic mold so that they could i guy sit prisoners in or a dog maybe but i need to find a place someone or someplace i.e. junkyard in Miami,Florida that has that back seat

Look in the phone book for Ford junk yards. The back seat from a Grand Marquis of the same year will fit also, just fancier style.

I would say that if you have never changed the fluid, I would bring it to a shop that has a flush machine and have the fluid flushed and the filter changed. Make sure the proper fluid (Mercon V) is used. The 4R70W auto is a stout transmission so it probably needs a little maintenance and hopefully will be fine. You might want to check the fluid level at operating temperature because low fluid will cause this problem as well.
