I have an oval face and dark blonde, wavy hair with reddish highlights in the right light. It's quite fine, but I have lots of it so it's about medium thickness. At the moment it's a bit longer than bra-strap length. I've been growing it since I was twelve and my mum thinks I should cut it short, like chin-length, and get a fringe (bangs). I've had it short before, but not since I was about eight. I love it long, but it knots quite easily because it's so fine and it would probably solve that problem if it was shorter. I've wanted really long hair since I was little, but I know how difficult it is to look after. I love being able to plait it and tie it up in different ways, and it's a lot harder to do that when it's short.
So, what do you think? Should I cut my hair or keep growing it?

I know it looks like my hair is mid-brown, but that's because my camera is so bad. It really is blonde.

It depends...Do you like taking care of it. I used to have really long hair, but it always knotted, and I hated combing it ( I would go weeks on end without combing it...almost to the point of having a super dreadlock) Anywho, I had short hair when I was little and decided to get it cut, short, again about 3 months ago I got 12 inches cut off. I love having my hair short and I got a bunch of compliments.

The hair is not just a part of your body and it is a symbol of beauty, status and health. It is important for you to take proper care of your health in order to prevent early hair loss. Learn here https://bitly.im/aMM9I It is not a very serious problem and with a little bit of caution you will be able to prevent further hair loss. There are certain uncontrollable factors like pregnancy conditions or certain illness or genetic factors that will result in hair loss. But, this does not mean that you cannot do something about your hair loss.

I think you should cut it. Try something different, it will ALWAYS grow back. Be daring, have fun...don't be scared. Talk with your stylist before hand and ask them for some advice. Make sure you are comfortable with whoever cuts it for you. You never want to go to someone who you feel may "push" you into doing something you dont want to. Agree on something. Or try a different, long layered style first, there are so many options out there, you might want to keep it long but try something funky.

I can just see you with layers & bangs.
That would look super cute on you.
You'd look very teen & flirty at the same time.
I think it'd be a great change for you!
Listen to your mom and get it cut a bit shorter, maybe around the shoulders. Get bangs, those will look amazing.
Goodluck!

I think you should keep it growing, because if you have an oval face, long hair makes it look lengthier. Plus you should dye it a lighter blonde and grow it out to look like the avril lavigne blonde hairstyle in the music video 'I dont like your girlfriend'. I think its such a cute style.

um i'm gonna tell the truth.

since you have a big face...
DO NOT PUT IT UP!!!
your noes, eyes and face does not match.

change the hair. you should have some side hair instead of a split in the middle. Do not put it like in the picture...
what you need to do is do not get a strait cut. you should get a cut that's long as your shoulders. Then get a layer cut. Layers make a great face shape to anyone. it makes your head smaller and much neat. and get bangs

Also, i suggest you to wear some makeup to go with. do your eyebrows and your eyes.

Maybe have it layered, keep the length; but, add some shorter layers to give it a lot of texture and bounce.

Personally I think women with longer hair look better. It would make you look more like a woman. And if your a religious person the Bible says that your hair is your glory. Let it grow you'll be glad you did.
