Trade it in on a Toyota. Drive by your GM dealer every day, toot the horn and give them a big wave.

Some places have lemon laws but I am very sure you have a warranty for this vehicle if it is new. I can say this, Cadillac tried this 4-6-8 engine gas saving and it petered out on them as well and no one else has tried since. Until Chevy tried and to be brutally honest this theory is not reliable and perhaps never will be. The electronics and hydraulics is a proverbial nightmare in the computer.

Check the lemon laws in your state, 1 breakdown is probably not enough to reject the vehicle, if it keeps giving trouble dont let the dealer fob you off. Its the dealers responsibility to supply tou a satisfactory vehicle.

Take it back to the dealer for evaluation and or trade in / repair.~~~ states have "lemon laws" now.
