If you're dying your hair darker you should be fine because there is little or no bleach in dark dyes. It also depends if its a permanent or semi permanent dye, permanent dyes tend to do a little more damage. Some dyes even enrich minerals and nutrients in your hair, depending on what brand you go with and how much your willing to spend. I suggest you still invest in a good conditioner and a leave in conditioner. Also try not to wash your hair every day to replace the natural oils in your roots, blow dry and straighten your hair as little as possible, especially in the following week.

Try to just do the parts that didn't get dyed or conversely go to a professional and get it done correctly. colouring twice can be rather hard on the hair.

yes it will deff. damage your hair. You aren't suppose to re-dye your hair for another 6 weeks. Also it makes your hair fall out easily if you leave the product in too long, be patient and wait a few wks before dying it again. Also to leave it healthy looking put an overnight conditioner in your hair so that it won't overly dry out. Good Luck!

Yes, it will cause damage. How much damage just depends on how good of condition your hair is in right now and how your hair reacts to it. Also, it is very difficult to dye your hair a lighter shade right after dying it dark. I would definitely go to a salon rather than try to do it yourself.

Yes it does damage your hair somewhat, but your hair won't fall out unless you do it all the time. I died my hair twice the same day & nothing happened to it.

No. Dying your hair once is damaging enough. Dying it twice in one day will damage it more. Use a dandruff shampoo that is not safe for hair that's been colored and wash your hair. It will wash the dye out. Then wait awhile and get it professionally done.

you shouldn't, on some people it does serious damage, and on some it seems to have no effect. NOW do the strand test, take a small amount of hair, put it in a plate, put the color stuff on it you want to put on your whole head, and wait how long you would have if you applied it. then wash it off, what ever happens to that strand of hair will happen to your head of hair.
