Go to your doctor or your ER. If you are having bleeding and it is not a miscarriage, there are things that can be done to prevent one. If it is a miscarriage, you will want to find out to make sure your body is cleansed of all of the leftovers-not trying to be crass, just often a D&C is done for that very reason. Go find out!
Good luck and I hope everything is fine with the baby!

The same thing happened to me with my first kid. I spotted for about a week though. I finally went to the emergency room and they did all kinds of test and all they could tell me was that I was pregnant! When in doubt go to the hospital. It's better safe than sorry. From what I've heard a miscarriage is painful. Keep your legs propped up for a little while. I don't think your having a miscarriage but I'm just a mother not a doctor.

you should call your OB/GYN, or you can call the nurses on the labor and delivery floor, if they are not busy they are usually very happy to talk with pregnant women with questions. That being said, some women do have spotting in thier pregnancy and go on to deliver a healthy baby, sometimes the spotting can be sign a miscarriage is starting. it could also be a sign of low progesterone, that will cause a miscarrige, but can be fixed if detected now.. so you really need to find out what is going on. At 6 weeks an ultrasound can possibly detect a hearbeat which could be of comfort. best of luck to you

I miscarried in Jan. I was in pain with a UTI, but when I miscarried it was severe cramps (like contractions if you've ever had a baby) and A LOT of blood. I passed clots as big as my fist. It is common for women to "spot" especially early in there pregnancy. With my first pregnancy (son, now 2) I spotted every time the Dr. checked me. It is fine as long as you have no cramps. But it wouldn't hurt for u to lay down on your left side until the bleeding stops. Good Luck

Last august i had miscarriage at week 11 1/2 . At that time i had blood spotting i go to doctor she said just take a rest, take it easy. All night long no blood spotting but when i wake up in the morning i feel cramp, and i find a blood cloth, after that start heavy bleeding and feel pain because of cramping. I go to ER doctor said i need to had d/c because bleeding to much he cant save the baby. Most miscarriages occur during the first trimester. Signs of a potential miscarriage are: Bleeding (with or without pain). Bleeding is the symptom most commonly experienced, such as mild spotting, persistent bleeding Heavy Bleeding, or Passage of Large Clots
Other warning signs may be: Cramps (menstrual-like), Aching of the Lower Back ,Passage of Tissue SAVE any tissue that is expelled-it should be examined to determine whether the miscarriage was complete or partial (see below).]
Note: Blood will be red to brown in color. If a clear fluid is discharged, this could indicate rupture of the amniotic sac membranes ("water has broken"). Call a doctor promptly.]
However, there are plenty of women who have bleeding during early pregnancy who do not end up having a miscarriage.
GO TO ER!
Hope its help you

its different between miscarriage and implantation bleeding. here artcle about implantation bleeding :
Implantation bleeding, spotting, can happen at the time the fertilized egg implants in the uterus, on average between 6 to 12 days past ovulation. It is is vaginal discharge which usually contains a small amount of pinkish or brownish blood. Only about 1 in 3 pregnant women experience implantation bleeding.
Approximately one third of all pregnant women report bleeding that is associated with implantation. The presence of implantation bleeding does not increase the overall risk of miscarriage, however. Most pregnancies will continue until term without further bleeding.
Report any abnormal vaginal bleeding during pregnancy to your doctor. Be prepared to give information about the amount of blood lost and a description of how you are feeling overall.
The cells that eventually form the placenta are called trophoblasts. Specialized trophoblasts, the syncitiotroblast, are responsible for developing an interface with the maternal circulatory system to provide nutrients and allow gas (oxygen and carbon dioxide) exchange to occur.
Sometimes, while this interface is developed, some of the maternal blood is lost. This implantation bleeding is typically short in duration and quite light. Implantation bleeding is one of the early signs of pregnancy. "

and here about miscarriage:
Miscarriage Signs and Symptoms
PREGNANCY WITHIN THE FIRST FEW WEEKS OF GESTATION:
Majority of women who have such an early miscarriage usually will demonstrate no miscarriage symptoms. However, the following are a few signs and symptoms that may suggest an early miscarriage.
Sign and Symptom of Miscarriage #1 - A positive pregnancy test that turns negative.
Sign and Symptom of Miscarriage #2- Late menstrual cycle.
Sign and Symptom of Miscarriage #3- A heavier or longer lasting menstruation.
PREGNANCY AFTER THE FOURTH TO FIFTH WEEK OF GESTATION:
Sign and Symptom of Miscarriage #1 - Vaginal bleeding is the most common miscarriage sign. Vaginal bleeding can be anything from dark brown spotting to bright red bleeding. Also related to vaginal bleeding women will usually pass blood clots as well. Remember the miscarriage statistic that 20-30% of women experience spotting during pregnancy, especially during the first trimester and 50% of those women will miscarry.
Sign and Symptom of Miscarriage #2 - A quantitative hCG level (blood drawn pregnancy test) that is decreasing.
Sign and Symptom of Miscarriage #3 - Low back or pelvic pain
Sign and Symptom of Miscarriage #4 - Significant pelvic cramping
Sign and Symptom of Miscarriage #5 - Loss of pregnancy signs and symptoms such as breast tenderness, nausea, and / or fatigue.
Sign and Symptom of Miscarriage #6 - Unable to hear or see the fetal heartbeat.
Sign and Symptom of Miscarriage #7 - Unable to find the fetus within the uterus with ultrasound. If this occurs with localized pelvic pain to one side or the other an ectopic pregnancy must be considered.

I would have to agree with Lolly, you cant ask for medical advice from complete strangers. Contact the nearest hospital or your doctor right away, because spotting during pregnancy is never a good sign.

I had a lot of cramping and a lot of blood, so hopefully it's nothing to worry about. However only your doctor can tell you for sure. You need to make an appointment as soon as possible. I hope everything is okay for you and your baby.

This is normal in some pregnancies. Some women do spot during pregnancy. I done it when I was pregnant with my 2nd daughter. But it's always a good idea to visit your doctor.

I had mild spotting with both of my pregnancies, but I called the doctor and had it checked. They told me that I needed to relax and take it easy. That my body was threatening to miscarry. Not that I was having a miscarriage, but that I really needed to slow down and take it easy. You should call your doctor.

If there is no cramping you are probably ok, but I would definately give your doctor's office a call and see if it is necessary to come it. You can never be too careful. Good luck!
