First, you have to be at least older than twelve.
The female must be ovulating, what happens here is that the egg moves through the fallopian tube to the uterus, once there, it can be fertilised by the sperm cell. The sperm is released by the male reproductive organ into the female. If you wanna know how this happens, go talk to your mom. But anyway.... the sperm then fertilises the egg and it becomes a zygote. This then develops into a fetus and then a baby. And then it eventually grows into a little annoying kid that asks questions like this.

Ok, a serious answer just because that if you are old enough to ask, you are old enough to know.
Babies are not made. The process always involves things from a male and a female (man and woman).
If the woman is ready (able to become pregnant) and she mates with a fertile man (able to produces sperm) they have sex wich involves the man placing his penis inside the woman's vagina. This with a little motion will cause the man to ejaculate into the woman. That causes his sperm to go into her.
His spem then "finds" her egg and penetrates it. After that, the "egg" then begins to grow through cell division and eventually becomes a baby inside the woman. After about 9 months, the baby is developed enough to be born.

They aren't necessarily made like a toy. How old are you anyway? Well it's when a man and a woman have sex. The man places his penis into the woman's vagina and he ejaculates sperm and then the woman's eggs come into play and in about nine months a baby is made. If you still don't understand talk to your parents or a teacher. Or you can buy a book with your parents permission so they don't feel embarrassed explaining it to you.
