98.6
You should not have anything to worry about! Unless it is significantly low or high (over 100, not sure on the low end)

Going to the doctor may help you relieve your symptoms and shorten the length of time you are sick... but just a cold and no fever I say save your money and get as much rest and fluids as you can! take a hot shower too.. it will help with any congestion you may have. Also after resting you may want to take a walk or do some activity.. I know you feel bad but activity helps... it is also good for mommy and baby unless your doctor has given you bed rest(which if you are going to work he obviously didn't and you are pretty early in pregnancy)or other orders to limit your activities.
I walked almost every day while pregnant and had one of the easiest labor/deliveries(4hours/15minutes)!!! I have always heard that walking helps.. hence why some woman walk during labor to ease the pain and keep things moving!
Good luck with everything and congrates on baby!Feel better!

98.6 is normal Body temperature. you really should not go to the doctor until it is over 99. We all worry- ALOT - when we are pregnant so it is normal to feel like this but just know that your baby is well protected and will be okay.
