Have you seen the real Cuba???? You have to see this link! I thought everybody knew about this but none of friends had seen it to my surprise! Turns a socialist into a capitalist instantly! 48 years ago this island was flourishing, then socialism kicked in!!! Ha, the sheeple will never learn will they? Do you still want Hillary or Obama? Why does everybody compare to other rulers??? I am selling freedom and prosperity! They are comparing to different rulers! People will never give freedom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Liberals do not care. As long as everyone has the same, it does not matter what their standard of living is.

Oh c'mon...look Cuba is no more socialist than East Germany. Castro used socialism/communism to get the people to overthrow Batiste and they thought...wow...we will get to our piece of the pie now. This is the same lie that communists have promised the people from Lenin to Mao to Ortega, ad nauseum. Communists promise the people that they will get to own their own lands and have a greater stake in the society. The truth is that the state and the party take everything. Sure people are equal...they are equally poor and disenfranchised. Castro has made a mockery of his idealism and become at the end worse than even Batiste would have been. Castro became a dictator and imposed his own brand of totalitarinism on the Cuban people.
And of course like all dictators...they seem unable to die.....
And really, Cuba is not a conservative or liberal issue. It's just a tragedy and Castro's death is no promise that good things will return to Cuba. Let's hope they do...

I know about the difference between Cuba under Castro & Cuba under Batista. Thereis no doubt the Batista was less bad than Castro, but the Cuban people deserve a democratic government.

I would never vote for either of these political trains! They don't care about this country's future, only about winning an election! Win at all costs, that's the name of the game! This entails listening to those who want to take freedom, not prosperity or peace or liberty! Good question!

What's crazy is the college campus crowd still thinks socialism is the way to go. The elitist professor clowns teach Socialism has never worked because it's never been done correctly. Duh!
