I have now a short cut with waves and decided yesterday to start to grow my hair for graduation next year. I wanted my hair to look kinda like bow wow's hair in the "Let me hold you" video. I also wanted to know what exactly are hair extentsion and are they easy to pull out? ( does bow wow use them cause i noticed his hair grows really fast)

Hair only grows about 1/4 inch per month. The best you can do is keep a healthy diet and keep ur hair in good healthy condition. Extensions are usually easy to put in, if u know what ur doing. Depending on how long ur hair is by graduation, maybe u can sew in tracks. Which is easiest to remove.

do some massagin the head, eat well, do some treatment for hair

Protien is a big help! :] helps your hair grow. Also there are diffrent kinds of hair extensions my girlfriend has some but hers are "clip ons" they seem pretty easy for her to pull out when she needs them out. Even I can pull them out.
