USG of early pregnancy report( date march 22 2007):
- Gestational sac seen menially on right side of fundus uterus could be supseptate
- Features are suggestive of early intrauterine gestation (5.1 wks)
- No fetal pole seen inside
suggest : BhCG

The fetal pole is a thickening on the margin of the yolk sac. Apparently it's not really seen until 6.5 weeks, so if your baby is 5.1 weeks along it's a bit too early. Sounds like it's progressing just fine.

Check questions like this with your doctor or midwife, too -- if you had miscarried, they would have told you, AND they should be willing to talk to you about what's happening with your pregnancy!
