If you live in California, here is the Lemon Law brochure from the Dept of Consumer Affairs. It has everything you need to determine if you think you have a lemon, what you need to do with the dealer and manufacturer to get them to repair your vehicle, and how you finally get resolution if you have a lemon.

No lemon here, just get it fixed up and the problems will slow down. I worked for a Dodge dealer for some time and they are very good trucks. Hang in their, it will get better.

All full size trucks are high maintenance, I work for an extended warranty company and see all the maintenance problems people have with trucks. At least you should still be under the factories warranty. Imagine if you had to pay for all those repairs out of pocket!
