ive been through the same thing you have. you need to try and develop a regular work-out routine. biking is really great exercise because it works many muscles in your body. you'll probably need to do some core-toning exercises as well. you want to define you body. its all about your body in the fashion business. if you are dedicated to a daily routine, then it will pay off.

if you need to lose weight i have a friend that rapped her body in suramic wrap and put on jogging clothes and walked joggend or ran 10 miles a day and lost almost 250 pounds in 5 months!! As you do this you might want to tone up your legs and abs with an ablounger for your belly and abs and a bowflex for your legs.you might could try a variety of pills you could take but as you work out you might need to pick up the pace or your skin will turn out really fappy and you would need to start a diet program to keep in shape as you know how tough modeling can be if you gain a pound and it will speed up your matabolism.

Eat as healthy as possible and try running stairs, doing wind sprints, and swimming as much as possible!!!
