I just finished my period about 2 days ago, i thought it was gone, so me and my bf had sex. I noticed after that there was some blood when i went to take a shower. Now i have some discharge, but it doesn't come out in my underwear, just when i pee i see it in the toitlet, and it's almost black looking. What is this?

This sounds very familiar to me. I have kinda had that happen to me too. my period was over, and then during intercourse there was a bunch of dark blood I noticed afterwards. Nothing on my underwear like normal before or after though. I didn't know if it was too rough, or what was going on. On my next gyn visit everything checked out fine too.
But I would advise you if you continue to bleed for longer than a period would last, or if there is any pain associated with this to go see a doc. Also, sometimes your insurance co. has a free help line with a help nurse. or you can call your gyn/doc office to say you have a question and see if you can talk to someone there. Usually you leave a mess for the med assistant or doc and they will call you back.
