depends what you do. if you are a couch potato and you jsut go to school and come back home to sit all day, then you need a lot less, like maybe 1800. however, if you are active all day you should have about 2250. it also depends on ur height and weight, ask ur doctor

it all depends on what weight is she meant to be in, you have to eat 10x your weight in calories in order to keep it on that weight, for example a 200 pound woman needs to eat 2000 calories a day in order to keep that weight, same if she needs to loose weight the calories need to be reduced to the weight that you want to achieve or 100 calories less than the aim weight, hope it helps

Usually 1800-2200 are recommended depending on your height/body type. If you're athletic, you would need more than that, and if you're more sedentary, less than that.
