Yes. To be frank about it, if women want equality, they must shoulder the same responsibilities as men, including defending the nation. I served with many able women who did their job as well or better than many men (though I knew duds too, as idiocy knows no gender) so i feel there is no real reason to exclude them.
P.S. I have to say something about the "biology" argument, what did women do for 10,000 years before the sanitary napkin and soap were invented?!?! What do women in the dark ages do?? No showers there, and a bath was like once or twice a year. What do women in third world countries do? The whole argument is a red herring. No pun intended.
Besides, the question was NOT about women in the front lines (there are no front lines in modern combat) the question was about the draft.

Women play an important part in todays military they are no longer sitting behind desk or just tending to the wounded. Right now this is a volunteer military and if a draft was to take place women should be included.
Times have changed we are no longer living in the same world as the last draft we had, Women have fought for more rights and received them so that is why I believe they need to be included

YES. Woman are just as capable as men to join the military services. Been there. Done that! You can't hide woman behind reasons like they have children, men have children and families too. The draft is not going to happen though, so everyone needs to find another topic to talk about. Recruiting goals are being met in all services.

Yes. We want equality and to be able to join regularly then why not. Now, both parents of a child should not be drafted. The government should choose one parent either male or female. There are already enough orphans in this country. Also other countries (Israel) require that women serve in their military and it has been working for decades if not centuries.

NO! Woman are not allowed on the front lines and it should stay that way.... I'll give you some examples as to why I don't think women should be on the front lines and it has nothing to do with strength or flirting with the guys, which is what I hear alot about during conversations like this. It's biology. Imagine that you were in a swamp, dessert, what have you for days, weeks, or months, with no base camp... men can go days, weeks, or months without changing or showering, not to be graphic I will just say women can't.. but you know why mainly monthly - there's no restrooms in the swamp, let alone stocked with sanitary napkins, also women are more open to the elements.. a woman couldn't lay down in a swamp for a long period of time without needing some medical attention, also .. they could do a pregnancy test on a woman before she leaves and it turn up negative and a few months out in the desert and the next thing you know she's having a miscarriage, and didn't even know she was pregnant... not only would it endanger the other troops as well as her, however there's probably no medic or anything else out there... Women can do a lot of things that men can.. but sometimes.. biology does get in the way and does distinguish the difference between a man and a woman.

Yes! Women serve in the military just as hard and loyal as any man can. However the proublem is with this, is that mens mentallity and morals are to protect over women. And who's name is on the white house welcome matt a mans name. Women still battle the fight of equal rights. Thats why there still hasnt been a female country leader

No. What we really need, is a way for women to serve without having to act like men. Women were designed to be loving. We don't belong in the military. There should be some kind of community service corps for young women who need to leave home.
Keep the draft eligibility as it is.

Yes and if a draft were instated they should be drafted proportionate to the number of women already serving our country... ie... if there are 20% women already serving then if a draft happens that is the number of women who should be drafted. If we want our cake ladies we need to be ensure we are ready to eat it as well!

Absolutely. "Equal" means "equal"...women want to be treated as equals, so they get drafted just like the men do.
A moot question, though, since I don't ever see the draft coming back.

Yes. Them not being able to in my opinion is basically saying they would be useless, when they could help out just as well as any man. However, I disbelieve in drafts except in EXTREME cases.
