Well as you may know most hair products cause damage to your hair, but your best bet for a hair straighter would be a ceramic one. It doesn't flatten your strands it just get's the waves or curls out , unlike other hair straighteners.

It should be ceramic, but in my opinion it's worth it to spend money on a nice CHI instead of getting one from wal-mart that will break or wear down in a couple months (which it will). I got my CHI brand new from ebay for only $60, which is half what they cost in the stores.

And to an extent, all flat irons will damage your hair. That's why you should always use an flat iron spray as a buffer. It makes a big difference.

ok a ceramic plate is one that your gonna wanna use. And get a thermal protectant. i admire redken warm gadgets. it works large and it has a hairspray in it to maintain it at as quickly as. And in case you prefer a shine you will possibly desire to get a product observed as CHI silk infusion. Now be careful with those products becuase in case you utilize too plenty they'll flow away your hair greasy finding. you in basic terms prefer a dime length volume.

look for a ceramic plated straightener. like the Chi ceramic straightener. it may be over $100 but it is well worth it. i've had mine for over 8 months. i use it on my thick ethnic hair (i'm black) and on my lil' sister's hair. she has really curly hair and it doesn't take long to straighten it.
