hey, I have hairy legs and i feel i need to get rid of some of the hair. not only is it embarrasing, but it is in awkward tones all over my leg and dark as hell. i tried shaving portions of my theighs but i only break out into irritated hives and it just looks worse then before. does anyone know a good cheap alternitave solution to my problem? (note I dont want total hair removal. I just want it in less quantity, finer, evened out, and not dark.) thanks a bunch.

Buy a pair of thinning scissors, maybe? A beauty supply shop will have them. here's a picture if you haven't ever heard of them

try nair hair lotion to remove it.
