Get a Platinum Rinse, in a salon costs about 70$ but it's guaranteed and lasts about 20minutes, or you can learn to do it yourself it won't change or actually dye your color it will get rid of your problem.

I'm blonde and died mine pink when Iwas a child for the school photo, got into trouble and wasn't allowed back into school until I changed it back.

Try
Vosene
Biological washing powder
Bleach it back blonde
or
the hairdresser can take it off strand by stand, takes ages though.

First try Prell shampoo! It literally strips the color out of the hair. If that doesn't work, go to a good colorist and have him/her fix it.

You need to go in with a demi color..Ash in a shade of blonde. roots only...section it and apply it to the roots only...Not a permenant color...Nothing with 20 vol..

You can buy a toner. You want "cool" or "blue" tones. You may want to check a beauty supply shop like "Sally's."
