If you take good care of your hair, keep your scalp clean and wash your hair weekly with a mild shampoo such as Cream of Nature you should see results. Make sure to condition often. Also, the use of tea tree oil products to stimulate the scalp also helps to promote hair growth. Make sure to stay away from petroleum and mineral oil as they can clog the follicles.
Also make sure to keep moisture on the hair, it is very important for healthy hair. Use natural oils, like olive oil and sweet almond oil.
Make sure to keep the ends of the hair safe by protecting them at night by wearing a satin scarf. This will help to prevent split ends, which contribute to hair breakage.
Foods rich in protein also help to keep the hair and skin healthy.
Good Luck Growing.

Do you have dead ends? If so your hair may be growing but breaking at the same time so you cannot tell that its growing. You should get a trim every 6-8 weeks. Try to stay away from putting too much heat on your hair. And end right because every starts from inside.

Ha ha, posting on right here might desire to no longer have been the ideal concept, thinking this area is stuffed with trolls who do no longer comprehend sh*t. you're precise, all and sundry could have long hair as long as they guard it, race would not somewhat play a roll. i hit upon it stupid how human beings % to declare a black women's hair can in no way strengthen as long as an asian, white, hispanic guy or woman, or that it grows slower that theirs. that's BULLSH*T! the conventional human beings hair does ok strengthen one million/2in in line with month, in line with possibility even longer. My mom is black and he or she has long hair, i'm 0.5 black I certainly have long hair. that's not impossible. besides the fact that, I do have faith that the black women that have long hair, are those that flow organic. there are such lots of that positioned those harsh chemical compounds in, for this reason suffocating it from becoming. that's not that it won't be able to strengthen, yet while some might purely provide up all those perms and warmth, it would desire to strengthen very long. I do word that black women that have organic hair, that's amazingly long and healthful finding.
