A honey brown , maybe some highlights to blend in, like a light blonde frost. If you're hair is long, try something different and get layers, razor cut layers, its wild yet innocent at the same time.


For your makeup, try smokey eyes but with more brown shadow then black.
Also a little pixie dust on the cheeks for a glow.
And lip gloss, in a peach or just clear.
And lots of mascara, and use a comb one so it won't get clumpy.

I'm as pale as they come with green eyes. I used to color my hair blonde (to keep up with what was once natural) but now have taken a liking to my natural brunette color. Sort of a light shade of brown. Lots of people say it's striking with green eyes. Good luck

Omg I'm exactly like you! Red would look so hot, but I'm gong blonde cuz red is like way to daring for me and red is hard to keep up.

you should stick with your natural color as long as possible
there is plenty of time later in life that you have to dye your hair!
but my oppinion is any shade of blonde or a nice red
