It depends on what undertones your skin has. If you have any hint of pink undertones you actually want to avoid any hints of red and go with a cool or neutral shade. Any darker brunette color would look very striking against light skin and green eyes (think Rose McGowan and how her skin looks with dark brown hair). However if you have warm undertones, the red would look great!

i would think that a deep chocolate maybe mixed in with a smidge of red would look terrific on you.. at least from knowing only those 2 details... the color will be dramatic but not as shocking as, say, black would be.. good luck and i suggest trying color that you can wash off after 2 or 3 days first.. to see if you like it.. and if you do you can dye it permanently :) good luck and have fun!

A shade of red hair, I like strawberry blonde or a ruby color, a red mahogany brown is good too, or auburn.

I think black hair goes really well with pale skin and green eyes, but if u'r not into black i'd say probably a dark red maroon sort of color... either one would look fine

With green eyes, mostly any hair color would suit you. (any but blonde)
I would go with extremes, though... like, black hair. Green eyes REALLY pop out with black hair. =]

If black isn't your thing, then I'd go with red, definitely.
