I might be a month along , but can't be sure becaause my period is suppose to start today, but i haven't had any normal signs of my impending period. So my question is :
Would it be okay to rearrange the furniture in my living room(doing some heavy pushing and pulling ), if i'm a month pregnant ? if i am pregnant the baby would be microscopic at this point , i wouldn't think it would hurt the baby, but i don't know. What do you guys think ??

I would be careful with heavy lifting, last thing you want to do is strain yourself and/or pull something - even if it doesn't hurt the baby, it could make the pregnancy very difficult. Of course there is always the possibility of causing a miscarriage if you over-do it.
Great thing about being preggers is that people are more willing to help you do stuff like that, so you might as well take advantage if you can :)

Don't over stress your body, but either way I would suggest getting a test done and having an ultrasound to see how far long you are. I am 11 weeks pregnant and I move my furniture around and do yard work and even pick up my 16 month old that weighs almost 30 lbs. You should be fine, if your stomach starts to hurt or you get severe headaches take a break, drink water and just take it easy overall.
Good luck and congrats.

You're pregnant, not handicapped. I moved our bedroom furniture around a couple days before my daughter was born and didn't have a problem. Right now, you won't have a problem at all. Further along, you might so try to take it easy.

If indeed you are pregnant then you are fine to move furniture around. While my husband was in the military and he was gone on ship I moved our bedroom around all by myself. I was about 7 months pregnant. It is OK to still do things.

It should be ok, just take it veerrry slow and do not lift anything too heavy. Everyone is different; I rearranged my furniture at about 3-4 months. I just took my time and scootched everything around. Took a while but it was fine. Just use common sense.

I moved when I was about 1 month pregnant...my husband and brother-in-law did most of the extremely heavy lifting...but I was right there with them carting boxes and other things. You will be fine. Just lift with your knees and not your back! Don't push yourself...if you feel pain, then stop immediately.
Otherwise you should be fine!

I moved furniture when I was 5mo along (I did not know I was pregnant) and my baby is fine. Heavy lifting is not recommended though, so if you are pregnant, I wouldn't.

My doctor said nothing over 25 or 30 pounds. I think a couch is too heavy.
