I can barely read that but from what I understand my answer is, wait the whole 3 minutes before reading the result. Do not read it after 10 minutes. It is invalid

The result will definitely show negative first but will soon change to positive after a minute or so if you are really pregnant. But if the result doesn't change from showing negative, then you're not pregnant. The best time to check your pregnancy is in the morning when you wake up. Let the first few urine go, then get the rest for testing. You didn't mention how many days/weeks delayed are you from your menstruation. Wait for your usual monthly period to come, if you're already delayed for at least a week, then it's the right time to check if you are pregnant or not. Just follow the instruction carefully so you'll get it right. Good luck!

Let's see. The directions for the test say you need to wait 3 minutes for the results, and you want to know if you can trust the results after 30 seconds.
That would be "no." You need to wait 3 minutes. Preferably use a timer or digital clock to make sure you wait the required amount of time.
I hurredly read my pregnancy test results, then broke the "negative" news to my husband. Then I fished the pregnancy test out of the trash can to show him that it was in fact negative. By then it was clearly reading "positive" and I am now 35 weeks pregnant!

Well it could be that you are testing too early or in fact you aren't pregnant. I would wait the full amount of time that the box says to wait before reading the results. I took several tests with my last baby...until finally I got a positive, but I already knew I was pregnant because of my body. I just was waiting for the test to confirm what my body already told me. If you know something is different with your body...then test again in a few more days.
Keep in mind that pregnancy tests can give "false negatives" but a false positive...doesn't happen.
Good luck to you.

if it shows up negative it's negative... keep in mind pregnancy tests can only pick up the hormone if you are at least one month pregnant.
If you don't feel it was accurate, next time get a box with two or more tests wait a week take one wait another week and take another one. Pregnancy tests do not give false positives.

Yes. The quicker it shows it the stronger the odds are of what it shows. My tests have always came up very fast. Within seconds. Whether it was pos or neg.

Follow the package directions. If it says read it by 3 minutes then check it in 3 minutes.

It is most likely negative, but you could be testing too soon. The best bet is to see your doctor and have a blood test done.
