Do you intend to go by land and sea? Then take the buses that go on RORO (roll-on, roll-off program) from Ali Mall Cubao Quezon City or from BLTB Pasay City to Batangas City Port and to Calapan via RORO boat.

But there is also an available domestic flight from Manila to Calapan, Mindoro where Puerto Galera is.

You can take a taxi to the Pasay BLTB terminal then take a bus to Batangas City pier where ferries will bring you to Puerto Galera.

You can also head to the Cubao Bus terminal where there are more choices for departing buses, also heading to Batangas city Pier. Most buses going to batangas City will end in the City Pier.

Safe trip.
