How much can i sue for If I was bit by a dog twice and then later that day after the cops went to the house bit someone else?? It had no records no tags. It was a huge german shep

I would get compensation for any medical bills and have the dog put down humanly if it is really that violent...I don't know the whole situation of what happened...but don't sue for anything ridiculous. Also get some sort of proof of ownership...without that you may not have a case.

you can only sue for however much the damage cost you. Like if the hospital bill was $200 you could not sue for $1000. The whole point of suing is to get yourself back into the position you were before the incident.

Depends on if the owner admits to it being his dog, since it has no tags, it likely cant be proven.

You need dates and records to persure anything. Get a lawyer and see what can be done
