Here's a sentence for you:
Holy ****,oh oops, pardon my French.
Basically, you say it if you curse and didn't mean to.

When someone English swears (says a "gros mot") and then regrets it because he realizes the person he is talking to probably didn't appreciate his 'bad language', he will sometimes say "Pardon my French". (I guess he has to blame his bad manners on someone, why not the French??)
This isn't used that much amongst young people. It is an old expression that has been around for years. You will usually hear it from middle-aged people and older.

This is hard to use in a sentence without using vulgar language myself. It is a sentence by itself which follows the use of a 'gros mot'.

In English or in French, I'm not sure to understand your question but I'll give your both:

-(Would you ) Pardon my French I am not a native speaker....
- Veuillez excuser mon français, ce n'est pas ma langue maternelle!
I hope I will help you!

It's English slang. You say that after you curse. It's like you are fake apologizing for cursing.
