i can't help...but be careful because it is not used in Spanish the same way it is in English...it simply means you are not able to help someone in doing something as in "I can't help you do your homework" (No puedo ayudarte con tu tarea)...the other meaning (as in "I can't help hating her" for example) is translated as "no puedo evitar" (No puedo evitar odiarla)
