I looked this up on Alta vista babble fish and got the Greek, but I'm not sure it is correct babble fish sometimes isn’t (Επανόρθωση). Also I looked at Hebrew (kipper) But this is in the term "day of atonement" I am looking to make sure that the word "atonement" = atonement through Christ. SPELLING MUST BE CORRECT! The hebrew "Yom Kippur" is translated as the day of atonement. This is one holiday that all Jews observe by fasting for 24 hours and praying for G-d to forgive one's sins. The hebrew word for atonement is known as "teshuvah". Sorry about Greek I don't speak it.

kippur is the term for atonement inhebrew. Yom means "day" in hebrew, so yom kippur is day of atonement.

hu yichaper all kol avonoteinu- is hebrew for he will atone for all our sins. sorry the only greek i know is mlao elenika and gir naxana so cant help you there.
