Somehow this site got a hold of my email address and started sending me newsletters about their clothes. I emailed their American sister-site and asked them to tell the Port. one to unsubscribe me. They completely ignored my question and told me to unsubscribe on their site, which, of course, didn't work.

This is their unsubscribe page and I enter my email there: http://www.laredoute.pt/PT/pt/Newsletter/NewsletterNotLoggedIn.aspx

Then it takes me to this page: https://www.laredoute.pt/PT/pt/Login/CreatePassword.aspx with a bunch of errors that have something to do with a password but I'm not sure. I don't have a password on that site since I never signed up for it.

So what I'm asking is can someone who really speaks the language (and NOT someone who uses BABELFISH) please help me unsubscribe from these guys, or create a short letter to them that asks them to unsubscribe me since I never signed up.

Thanks in advance!

The American flag at the bottom just takes you to their American sister site which has a different mail list which I'm not on. Their unsubscribe page doesn't work for me. I already tried that, twice.

1) I don't want to just block them, I want to unsubscribe.

2) I have contacted them before but I wrote the letter in English and obviously they don't speak it since they didn't reply and didn't honor my request.

3) When I enter my email and click Gerir it comes up with this pagehttps://www.laredoute.pt/PT/pt/Login/CreatePassword.aspx and there is no confirm button on it. Please read the whole question before answering...

that should be easy:

open:
http://www.laredoute.pt/PT/pt/Newsletter/NewsletterNotLoggedIn.aspx

type your e-mail, and click the orange banner that reads "gerir as minhas newsletters"

on the next page you uncheck the two boxes and click "CONFIRMO"

then choose OK

you can contact them at contacto@redoute.pt

How frustrating! If you're using Outlook Express, the next time one of these messages appears, click on "messages" then "block sender". If they're legitimate, you'll never see them again. This doesn't work as well with spam, as spam senders tend to have an infinity of addresses.
