Not sure what chimping is. To strengthen your nails, take Knox Gelatin every day. It really helps.

Ahhh, yes...the inevitable problem of chipped nails. Why is it that we get a manicure one day and the next we already have chips? Here are some tips:
1) Try not to use the pads of your fingertips instead of your nails for scraping, picking, pulling, and opening things.
2) Always wear gloves when doing the dishes or cleaning. Exposure to water will dry out your skin and cause your nails to chip.
3) Apply a top coat to your nails daily and avoid using fast-drying polishes, as they generally don't last as long as other polishes.
For more information on how to maintain healthy nails and prevent chipping, feel free to visit http://beauty.ivillage.com/makeup/polishes/topics/0,,4tbv,00.html. Good luck!

Make sure you're taking a daily vitamin. You will quickly notice a difference in not only your nails, but your hair also. If you still are having problems, try using a nail strengthening polish. You can easily find one in just about any department store in the beauty/health aisles. Good luck!

What is "chimping"? If you mean "chipping", (breaking), then try taking some gelatin to increase the strength of your nails.

If they're chimping, I'd go to the primate house at the zoo, and see what they say.
