What is a good shampoo to use on my colored and damaged hair?

Biologe Moisture Therapy. It's a little costly, but I love it.

Pantene Pro-V Restoratives Time Renewal the shampoo, conditioner, and refining mask. This will restore 2 years of damage in less than a month. It works really well it made my hair go back to being healthy really quickly. Since your hair is damaged you should get a trim 1-2 or as much as you can so that no more breakage will occur. To make your hair more shiny apply mayonaisse to your hair for 20 min. before showering. Also do deep conditioning once a week it will help your hair a lot.

I have also dyed my hair alot recently. I have found that Pantene Ice Shine is pretty good at making my hair look healthy even though it's not anymore. You might also try a deep conditioning treatment once a week.

You're a grown woman, and I think it's time you start acting like one. Like god, you sound like a 14 year old girl whose parents still have complete sovereignty over. If you're legal age and still asking for your parents' approval, then I personally think that you have some weird complex going on that's above anyone here on Yahoo Answers. I think you should see a doctor.

Redken's All Soft or Redken's Extreme are very good shampoos. Their conditioners are excellent as well. They'll leave your hair soft and shiny. :)
