NetZero is pretty good...but then again, that's only from the commercial. However, there must be 100% truth in advertising, and according to the the commercial, you can get NetZero highspeed for only $5 more.
Original: $9.95 month (at least to start with)
HighSpeed: $14.95 Once again, there are loopholes that they will try to utilize, so I'd do some real research on NetZero if I were you.

In my opinion, the best dial-up service I have ever tried and stayed with for the last 2 years is from a company called SpeedQwest. They have a unique hi-speed service (it lives up to its word) for $12.95 a month, which we have. Never been happier! You can check them out at www.speedqwest.com

Get verizon or att DSL. They are very cheap now a days. Sometimes verizon has a deal of 14.99/mo in NY. Looks for it in the news papers or web ads.

In my opinion, I would have to say AT&T Yahoo. For 1.5 Mbps, it is 14.99. Also it can go up to speeds of 6.0
